Cellulose Converting Solutions (CCS) SpA has recently introduced a new generation diaper line, a new high-speed lady napkin line, a light incontinence napkin line, and a line for pant type adult protective underwear.

CCS says it invested its best resources into the engineering and construction of this new manufacturing line, and is satisfied with market feedback. CCS has launched the new lines in response to its customers’ demands as they are receiving more and more orders for these kinds of products. CCS is helping these customers develop and supply quality and economic solutions.

In the adult care segment, CCS also offers its traditional adult Incontinence brief machine, which can satisfy the request for both the traditional adult diaper, and the underpads, at productions speeds up to 200 m/min.

The range of manufacturing lines CCS offers, is completed by its three design platforms: the high speed “Sky“ models; the high performing “Blue” models; and the entry level “Yellow” models. These are available for lady sanitary napkins, panty liners, maternity pads, baby diapers, underpads, baby and adult bibs, breast pads, and liquid absorbent pads for the food market, among others.

In other company news, in 2012 CCS moved into a more modern building which its says matches its need for additional space and functionality both in its technical departments and production workshop.
